The customer is always your first priority. When you're working with a customer, you own the moment because you're empowered to make the final decision. We encourage you to take charge and run with it.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. Shifts include a 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The starting hourly pay is based upon experience. There is an after hours and weekend on-call rotation where you will receive a flat rate for each service appointment you book, answering phones remotely to schedule emergency services or urgent appointments.
