The General Manager holds the ultimate responsibility for P&L delivery, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and safety, while maintaining the ethical standards and character of the organization in the community. 

​

Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

​

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Experience with Customer Service

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of successful home services background with a performance history of increasing responsibility with former employers in the same or similar industry

• Delaware Professional Electricians License

• Working knowledge of Quickbooks 

• Good computer / tablet / smart phone skills

• Proactive and driven attitude

• Team player who can work independently

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 

​

• Ensures company fleet vehicles are maintained both visually and mechanically to company standards

• Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted revenue and required profits

• Completes daily management review

• Directly supervises the Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to meet all established goals 

• Conducts performance reviews with each employee and holds team members accountable to performance, behavior and attendance standards.

• Regularly places phone calls to clients to ensure their satisfaction

• Responsible for all operations and ensuring excellence in service
