Office Manager Full Time
This position supervises incoming client phone calls, and manages the dispatching of all scheduled service calls and jobs. Responsible to ensure technicians are effectively servicing clients and generating revenue. If you are self motivated, have integrity and the desire to serve others, than we want you.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM plus on-call rotation.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Experience with Customer Service

High school diploma or GED

Working knowledge of Quickbooks

Good computer / tablet / smart phone skills

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Answer incoming client telephone calls with the assumption that this is the client's first impression of the company. Good communication with the client is essential! Presents a courteous and pleasant demeanor at all times.

Re-schedules appointment times when necessary for client’s convenience

Ensures that all telephone calls are answered before the third ring and that the recognized company greeting and script is used every time
-
Notifies clients prior to the window of time closing, if the electrician is not going to arrive at their home or business within the scheduled time window

Calls Expert Club Membership clients, to book service appointments to make up for any lack of repair calls
-
Manages job flow and dispatch to keep field personal moving to the job they're most qualified for, serving clients and generating revenue.

Responsibility to ensure that all Electricians arrive at their designated appointments during the allotted window

Debriefs with Electricians upon job completion to identify any notable client satisfaction issues

Reviews time sheets and payroll reports to ensure hours and pay are correct

Follow established processes and procedures
