How It Works

New Hires:

Every new team member begins their career with a 6-week onboarding program that blends classroom learning, ride-alongs, and real-world experience.

Ongoing Training:

We don’t just train once and call it done. Our field staff and call center teams participate in on-going structured sessions each week, ensuring consistent growth and high performance.

Program Highlights

Tech Tuesday: Code book study, hands-on practice in our Skills Lab, and real-world troubleshooting.
Service System Training: Learn the process that delivers results—thorough evaluations, customer engagement, and ethical recommendations.
Skills Lab: Simulated installs, circuit troubleshooting, and real-time technical coaching.
Ride-Alongs & Coaching: On-the-job learning with feedback from experienced leaders.
Licensing Support: Prep help, CE courses, and full encouragement to grow in the trade.
Guest Speakers & Travel: Access to national experts via Zoom and in-person training events.
