The cost of an Emergency Service Appontment is $299 and includes the electrician providing a 20 minute evaluation. Upon evaluating your needs, the electrician will provide you with an upfront price including project details before any work is completed.




What are the available appointment times?


Emergency Service Call appointments are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week*. Standard appointments are available Monday through Friday. *limited number of daily appointments, call for availability. Expert Club members receive priority scheduling.




What is the warranty provided on the work performed?


All of Expert Wire's services receive a full one year parts and labor warranty. Expert Club members receive two year parts & labor warranty on all services and a five year parts & labor warranty on service replacement packages with active Expert Club membership. Generator installations receive a five year limited manufacturer's warranty, with optional extended warranties available up to ten years.* *Ask for details




Are Expert Wire's electricians qualified?


Yes, Expert Wire holds a very strict standard with our electricians. Each of our service electricians has completed a four year apprentice program including a minimum of 8000 hours of field training and a minimum of 576 hours of related class room instruction. Each service electrician holds a professional license to practice electrical installations and service. Our electricians receive ongoing continuing education classes through state approved instructors and weekly related training from management. You may rest assured that an Expert Wire electrician is among the finest in skill, attitude and workmanship within the electrical service industry.




What can I expect from an Expert Wire Service Call?


Your call will be answered by a customer care representative who will listen to you needs. We will schedule an appointment for the electrician to evaluate, price and complete your job. Upon evaluating your needs, the electrician will provide you with an upfront price including project details before any work is done. If the price is acceptable and materials are available, the electrician in most cases is prepared to complete the work for you the same day we come out. The electrician will also coordinate a mutually agreeable schedule to complete the work should there be something preventing the work from being completed the same day. Upon completion the electrician will review the work completed with you and review final instructions regarding the installation or repair. Upon inspection and satisfaction an invoice will be provided for your approval. Our office staff will perform a follow up within two business days with you to ensure your system is working fine and that you are still completely satisfied with the work completed.
