We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at Expert Wire Inc. — where first impressions matter and customer happiness is our mission.

What You’ll Do Each Day
Daily Office Tasks
- Complete daily checklists and routine office procedures
- Answer calls using a proven, friendly script and gather essential information
- Manage emails, voicemails, and respond to online forms
- Send handwritten thank-you cards
- Make happy calls and safety follow-ups
- Respond to customer chats, Yelp messages, Home Advisor leads, and Facebook inquiries
- Process project payments
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly and upbeat personality with a customer-first mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience in home service or dispatch roles is a plus
- Familiarity with platforms like Yelp, Home Advisor, and Facebook is helpful
