Service Manager Full Time
This position requires an exceptionally motivated leader whose primary focus is coaching, training and directing the service, repair and installation endeavors of the company; by setting an example of superior service, he or she leads the team to achieve budgeted gross profit requirements.
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Experience with Customer Service

Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of successful home services background with a performance history of increasing responsibility with former employers in the same or similar industry

Working knowledge of QuickBooks & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Good computer / tablet / smart phone skills
-
Proactive and driven attitude

Team player who can work independently
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all field operations and ensuring excellence in service

Responsible for training of staff, making sure that the Electricians are well-educated about their specific contributions necessary to achieve the Company Business Plan. Provide effective, ongoing systems and communication training. Ensuring team members are meeting expected operational excellence standards – including 100% customer satisfaction

Accomplishes the budgeted gross profit outlined in the Company Business Plan by supervising and coaching technicians..

Ensures that all field personnel comply with OSHA safety standards and that the safety training sessions are applied in the workplace
