Trade Administrator                                  Full Time

​

This position requires an exceptionally motivated team player whose primary focus is supporting the service, repair and installation endeavors of the company; by setting an example of superior service, manage material stock and orders, file for permits and coordinating inspections, and maintaining company assets such as vehicles and tools. He or she works as a team to achieve budgeted gross profit requirements.

Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

 

• Experience with Customer Service

• Working knowledge of QuickBooks & CRM software.

• Good computer / tablet / smart phone skills

• Proactive and driven attitude

• Team player who can work independently

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for material stock and ordering, filing for permits and coordinating inspections, and maintaining trucks.

• Accomplishes the budgeted gross profit outlined in the Company Business Plan by managing material and fleet costs.

• Ensures that all field personnel comply with OSHA safety standards and that the safety training sessions are applied in the workplace

• Oversees how the trucks, tools and inventory are taken care of - Protecting Company Assets.
